Book-keeper / Admin Assistant
This is the ideal role for an experienced Administrative Assistant/Bookkeeper wanting to work within a relaxed, flexible and enjoyable office environment.
As a fast growing digital agency, you’ll be working with a range of different clients and projects as well as liasing with the rest of the team.
Key Roles and Responsibilities:
Bank account reconciliation
Assistance with Payroll
Answer and direct phone calls, meet and greet clients, assist in the management of inbound company emails
Maintain contact lists, update records and databases, produce and distribute correspondence
Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports, quotes and specifications
Develop and maintain a filing system
Monitor stocks of office supplies & order as appropriate
Organise and schedule meetings and appointments
Assist in development of businesses corporate, social and environmental performance and maintaining legal compliance.
