Property Flirt

Come see if this tempting town house totty takes your fancy - and guess how much she's worth...

The temptress that has taken my eye this week is this town house from West Malling – she’s all stunning setting, Grade II listed character and Victorian fireplaces. Come, let us slip through the gate – I’ll let you have a good old nose around and you can tell me how much you think she’s worth. That’s the Property Flirt game you see! And getting the price spot on means the kind of glory that Game of Throne’s Daenerys Targaryen can only dream of…

So what we’re drooling over here is a striking period house which has been beautifully restored, improved upon and updated. It’s located at the top tip of the High Street in the small and stylish town of West Malling so only a short walk from all the lovely shops and restaurants on offer (gorgeous eateries, independent shops and a monthly farmer’s market here). With Sevenoaks just to your west, Maidstone just to your east and London about an hour by train this property is in just about the perfect location.

Now careful not to scratch the parquet wood flooring with your stilettos as we sneak from room to room. Downstairs there’s no less than three decent-sized reception rooms, a lusciously large family kitchen/dining room, an ever-useful pantry/utility room and even a cellar. Go on, have a good glance around…

Upstairs there’s a total of 6 double bedrooms, including a guest suite with en suite bathroom and a gorrrrrgeous master bedroom suite with vaulted, double aspect bedroom, fully fitted dressing room (yes, dressing room I tell you!) and en suite bathroom.

Is this not the kind of house to hanker after? And I’ve not even told you about the deliciously delightful walled rear garden (super private for all those star-studded lawn cocktail parties you’ll be throwing). And there’s even a detached studio/storage building with power and lighting – the perfect workspace, should you wish to take up sculpture/write your novel/finally give your collection of Paintings and Poetry on Ryan Gosling an airing (yeah, I’ve been snooping round your spare room).

Right! So how much do we think this townhouse totty is going for? I’ll adjourn to the sofa by the fire with my glass of red while you have a ponder. Got a figure in mind? Okay, then click here to see if you got it right (or even close) and be sure to let me know how well you did!
