Core Belief Pilates

We are big fans of these local Pilates classes with Yusra at Core Belief. You will leave feeling taller, stronger and relaxed. What's not to love?!


Core Belief Pilates and Personal Training is run by the gorgeous and talented Yusra Maru’e (this is her, pictured here, totally inspirational right?). Whether you are looking for a group mat class or a private Reformer session in her studio, Yusra has a wealth of knowledge and expertise. She gets serious results and is an expert at helping those recovering from injuries.

Yusra is known for her extensive knowledge and has experience in a host of areas including: pre and post natal Pilates, C-section, diastitis recti and pubis symphasis healing, pelvic floor health and dysfunction, menopause and osteoporosis.
Her studio apparatus includes Reformer, Half Cadillac and Wunda Chair, and she is also experienced in Mysofacial release. (Yup, we had to look it all up too! But if you’ve experienced any of the above, you’ll know what we’re talking about…)


Yusra’s classes are based in Sevenoaks. She combines a variety of techniques such as myofascial release and cutting edge stretching methods, with an array of small equipment including magic rings, overballs, dynabands, weights, swiss balls and foam rollers. Beautiful music and friendly groups ensure you will leave feeling energised and toned.

Private Reformer sessions take place in Yusra’s studio near Sevenoaks. These sessions provide all the benefits of traditional mat-based Pilates, but with extra intensity and challenge. These are highly effective one to one or paired sessions and are tailored to suit individual needs.

By adding the Reformer, you’ll glide, pull and stretch your way to the best body you’ve ever had. Sculpt and tone from top to toe, strengthen your core muscles, and burn calories as you power your way through one of these specialist strength and endurance workouts.
