Ismini Phillips Studios

Muddy says: We love this sparkling new Pilates studio in Tonbridge – a friendly place that makes you feel welcome whatever your age or ability.

Here’s something to put a spring in our stride. Whether you’re a Pilates pro or been meaning to take it up for years, this brand new studio in Tonbridge is bringing us one of the best offerings in the area. It’s launching loads of classes from bootybarre to back rehabilitation – oh and there’s treatment rooms and a cute café too!

Owner, Ismini Phillips has been teaching Pilates since 2007 and set up Ismini Phillips Studios to offer health and fitness solutions in Tonbridge. Her three state-of-the-art studios come complete with an on-site café, two treatment rooms and three well-equipped exercise studios. The environment is designed to be relaxing and refreshing, giving you a beautiful space to unwind.

The idea being you don’t just pop in for a class, but take the time to focus on yourself and enjoy a healthy treat as well – either from the café, or complementary therapies like sports massages and reflexology in the treatment rooms.

It’s conveniently located too – in the new purpose-built studio right next to the big Sainsbury’s carpark in Tonbridge.

Whether you are completely new to the practice or have years of experience, you will find a class to suit – click here to see the timetable. They also offer one-to-one Pilates for rehabilitation and healthcare, providing support for mums-to-be, people with breast cancer, people with neurological conditions, and those suffering from back pain.

From beginners through to advanced students, Ismini Phillips Studios will have the right class for you. Read the full MUDDY REVIEW here.
