Mount Ephraim Gardens is set in ten glorious acres of stunning Edwardian terraced gardens against a backdrop of the beautiful Kent countryside. The gardens also feature a Japanese rock garden, water garden and lake, arboretum and a spectacular grass maze with a play area for children.

Mount Ephraim Country House is a late-Victorian Grade II listed manor house.  Five guest bedrooms are available to book, all with flat screen TVs, tea and coffee making facilities, hairdryers and free wifi.

Mount Ephraim offers a unique, classically romantic venue for your wedding or civil ceremony. From the spectacular views of the gardens and estate, to the elegant sweeping staircase leading into the main hall, we can offer you a memorable experience to make the big day extra special. We’re very flexible – if you’re looking for a traditional affair, there’s no better romantic setting. Or if you’re looking to explore arrangements a little more leftfield we can accommodate you.

We also offer a unique venue to host a corporate event, party, family reunion or get-together. Whether you’d like a seated meal in the manor house, a disco in the marquee or team building events on the estate we can arrange it.

The West Wing Kitchen is our tea room, available to all who come to explore the estate as well as for private functions and parties. We offer teas, coffees, soft drinks, sandwiches and salads at fantastic value for money, accompanied by unobtrusive, friendly service.
