The founder of Revive Health Fitness, Henry Adekoya is a personal trainer, weight loss specialist and wellness coach with over 25 years of experience.

Henry has a wealth of knowledge regarding fitness and health and is very passionate about his work, providing his private clients with interesting and successful fitness prescriptions that perfectly suit their needs. His first class training methods are due to the vast depth of his knowledge, his ability to relate to others and his enthusiasm to encourage each and every person he manages, Henry really is a top choice when choosing a health and fitness specialist.

Fully qualified and insured, training hundreds of private clients spanning almost three decades, Henry understands the importance of a more holistic approach to health and fitness as we age.

For this reason Henry has taken key elements from his training methods and his ability to fully understand the requirements of his clients and put them into his innovative ‘Revive’ programme. The programme will enable guests that attend his specialised ‘Revive’ courses to learn, digest and best understand sustainable ways to improve their health and overall wellbeing.
