Tamarisk is a bright and welcoming boutique on the High Street in Deal, not far from the seafront and just moments away from one of our favourite hotel, bar and restaurants, The Rose.

THE LOWDOWN

Owner, Emma Ford, is a trained stylist who opened the store 15 years ago, having noticed a real need for fun, flattering, colourful clothes that didn’t break the bank.

Fast forward another 15 years and she’s built a reputation for her carefully-curated collection of flattering, colourful and unusual pieces, chosen to be affordable and accessible, whatever your age. The hand-picked product range is vibrant and feel-good, meaning you’ll have a confidence building shopping experience. Plus everything is also available online.

THE VIBE

Emma uses her knowledge and experience in the shop, to continue to build a cohesive range of flattering, wearable styles (she also draws on her Colour Analysis training when advising and styling customers).

The boutique is very accessible and offers a relaxed vibe, much like the seaside town itself. Emma and her team have one aim, to help everyone that walks through the doors – or browses the online shop – to look and feel their best.
