She's seriously stylish, with 360 degree views of her stunning gardens, paddocks and swimming pool - but can you guess much this Westerham beauty is worth?

There were quite a few guesses on Facebook who were within £20k of the asking price on the last couple of Property Flirt beauties but no-one’s been bang on the money yet and won the £10,000 windfall from Muddy HQ (joke. Seriously, JOKE!!).

So let’s see if you can do it with this one. Excuse me while I sit behind my oak desk, put on a tweed jacket with leather elbow patches, (because I don’t stereotype, much). Right, we’re ready to go!

OK. Say he-e-llo to this insanely attractive 5 double bedroom, 4 reception room, immaculately presented 16th Century house with detached 2 bedroom barn conversion set in an idyllic, tucked-away position with 360 degree views over its own gardens and paddocks and surrounding farmland. What’s more you’re super commutable with Edenbridge Town rail station on the doorstep (3.9 miles) which has services to London Bridge in around 40-50 minutes. So if all that isn’t a big enough clue for the price, feast your eyes on the inside people – and prepare to salivate!
