Property Flirt

Right property smarty-pants, let’s see if you can guess how much this one’s worth! Little Allens has got something for everyone, that’s for sure. It’s got the location, cute country-cottage thing going on yet with expansive space and stunning modern interiors. Oh, and I’ve not yet mentioned the equestrian facilities…

So, petticoats on show, and off we go! A new house for those of you who like to perv at property. Guess within £5k of the asking price and get your stamp duty discount on your next house purchase. Yes *cough*, really!

With wonderful countryside views this peach of a property is perched near Plaxtol, a pretty rural village near swish Sevenoaks and with easy access to London.

Your starter for 10:

This country home, has over 5 acres of gorgeous gardens in a fabulous position looking down the valley; there are 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and loads of original features (this property is believed to date from the 1750s with later additions). Plaxtol has one fabulous village shop/post office and the Papermakers Arms pub, as well as The Chaser Inn just minutes away in Shipbourne (great for roasts and walking) and of course less than 7 miles away you’ve got Sevenoaks, with it’s small-but-perfectly-formed selection of boutiques and eateries. The schools round here are top notch too… Now for a visual feast:

As well as a wonderfully spacious kitchen and two reception rooms the bedrooms are pretty desirable too. Beautifully decorated, enough room to swing not a cat, but a catsuit, and amazing views…

As well as the sizeable, stunning grounds, the property boasts a swimming pool *and* equestrian facilities. The horsey stuff comprises a gated yard with a block of timber stables.. A brick outbuilding with a tack room, hay store and pony stable. There is a separate gated area providing parking for a horse box. There is a 20 x 40 sand school and two post rail paddocks. A driveway leads to Allens Lane providing a separate access. The paddocks amount to about 3 acres in total. Not too shabby, eh?

Right, that’s enough clues. Have a guess how muchy, and if you get it right, I’ll buy you a bottle of bubbly and some posh crisps next time I see you. Go on, click here, where you right?
