Property Flirt – first look!

We love an exclusive! With the interior shots just released for this brand new development, we're giving you the chance for an early viewing, Muddy style! Have a gander, and go on, guess the price.

Did someone say opening? Yup! There must be something in the air this week as while hairdressers and pubs are throwing open their doors we’ve been given the very first glimpse of interior shots taken at The Heron, a four-bedroom house in the new Foal Hurst Green development, just launched this April (2021) in Paddock Wood.

And never one to miss the chance of a good old property snoop, Muddy was right there as the keys twisted in the lock to take a nosey around the new houses and apartments that combine rural living with a conveniently commutable location.

Here’s your exclusive Muddy sneak peek at these first interior pics. But can you guess the price? Hey, you at the back, no cheating!

Situated on the southern edge of Paddock Wood, this brand new development comprises a collection of 3, 4 and 5 bedroom houses and a limited number of 1 and 2 bedroom apartments.

Paddock Wood itself is rural but, oh, so commutable and while you benefit from an attractive countryside setting, you’re within walking distance to Paddock Wood town centre, schools, retail, sporting facilities and the train station with frequent direct trains into London Bridge in just 41 minutes.

What’s more you’re only six miles or around 15 minutes into popular Royal Tunbridge Wells – the town that won our Best Places to Live in Kent accoldade for 2021 (as voted by readers).

With working from home becoming the norm a downstairs Family Room/Study has been stylishly incorporated into the design. Let’s not forget the the all-essential open plan Kitchen/Dining Room (top pic) and a Living Room that leads directly onto the Garden through large French Windows.

Upstairs the bedrooms exude calm. Pastel hues have proved really popular this year, with the lighter shades of the colour palette providing a relaxed feel to living spaces.

This area is a sure bet for families seeking homes near plenty of great outdoors and excellent transport links. Plus, there’s an Ofted judged ‘Good’ secondary school, Mascalls Academy, on the doorstep and the added attraction of the area’s many prestigious grammar schools.

So, smartypants, how much do you think one of the four-bedroom houses in the new Foal Hurst Green patch is is worth? Put your answer in the box below and then click here to see if you’re right. No cheating now!
