Pop-Up Sale, Marlborough House School, Fri 17 May 

Past or present Marlborough House School parents and local sellers are coming together to on 17 May to do a pop-up sale and coffee morning! In the Hopkins Hall at Marlborough House School. Some of Muddy’s favourite brands like Bricks & Stitches and Rikkeline will be there! Tenterden Food and Drink Festival, Fri 17 – Sun 19 May

Returning for its third year after a successful launch in 2017, this festival will bring a regional, national and international showcase of food and drink products together, along with a programme of live music, plus Children’s entertainment of rides and storytelling. Just in time for that slightly warmer sunny days in late spring/early summer. Take home Bessborough farm’s fresh fruit, jam chutneys, crumbles, and takeaway afternoon tea; or try The Cooking Box Ltds’ burgers, The Cosy Eskimo’s Thai frozen rolled ice cream, and much much more! Wet Wet Wet, Leas Cliff Hall, Folkestone, Sat 18 May

Wet Wet Wet are back on tour, cracking open the great 80s anthems (although this time without Marti Pellow)  Graeme Clark, Tommy Cunningham, Neil Mitchell and Kevin Simm. Kevin will lead on vocals to replace Marti – you’ll remember Kevin as a member of Liberty X, and he later won The Voice UK as a solo act in 2016. The band are one of the most successful groups in British pop history with an amazing back catalogue of songs including three No.1’s – Help From My Friends; Goodnight Girl; and Love Is All Around.
