Foodie fans ahoy! Introducing this first evening of a series of collaborations with great small independant restaurants around the southeast. The Small Holding Farm & Kitchen will be welcoming Sankey’s of Tunbridge Wells to their rural restaurant on the Tuesday (6 Nov) and then on the Wednesday (7 Nov) Will Devlin of The Small Holding will be hosted at Sankeys. The best seafood in Kent paired with produce from The Small Holding’s own farm. Food-lovers, you don’t want to miss this!
The price includes a five course tasting menu created by Will Devlin, Head chef & owner of The Small Holding & Caleb Hingley, Head chef of The Old Fishmarket by Sankey’s hosted by Matthew Sankey. And, as if you needed any more reason to go, The Small Holding’s Will Devlin has just been voted Chef of the Year 2018 (in the Kent Life Food & Drink Awards).
