Superflashy Newsflash!

From new store openings to supper clubs and fashion sales - Muddy's superflashy newsflash has all the local gossip that counts...

BRAND NEW: The Shuffle House, Tunbridge Wells

Say hello to The Shuffle House! (Shuffle is a game in which players push metal-and-plastic weighted pucks down a long and smooth wooden table – fact fans). You’ll find this new eatery in the spot where Jean’s bar once stood, next door to the very popular Saint John’s Yard, on St John’s Road in Tunbridge Wells. The Shuffle House is a South American/Latin tapas (expect fried yuca balls, deep friend manchego cheese, porky belly chicharrones) and stone baked Neopolitan pizza restaurant.

A beautiful two-story building with quirky interiors throughout and a very impressive cocktail menu (yup we tried them all for research purposes) It’s the only place in Tunbridge Wells where you can get a Wham bar on top of your drink! Book the two Shuffle Boards out and challenge your friends or sit by the bar and throw darts at Trump’s face. Muddy knows that whilst their menu hasn’t been fully developed yet, they are working on a Gluten Free pizza base which will be available soon. Perfect for your next night out.

But Muddy has EXCLUSIVE inside info on the opening events. On Friday 12 Apr raise a toast with botanical G&Ts from Dunnet Bay Distillers (1-6pm). On Saturday 13 Apr (10.30am-4pm) bring your doggie to sit for a portrait by British artist and Anthropologie collaborator, Sally Muir (her pup portraits are usually worth between £300 – £2,000!)
