If you haven’t heard of SPN where have you been? It’s only Tunbridge Wells’ brilliant fitness boutique and it’s launching a sister studio in Sevenoaks! Bringing big city fitness and wellness to the suburbs. SPN, our favourite fitness boutique – that brings big city fitness and wellbeing to the suburbs – is coming to Sevenoaks. Station Parade, London Road – to be precise! The new Sevenoaks site will have multiple studios including an indoor cycling space, a treatment room, an on-site cafe serving nutritious food (pictured above, mouth-watering much?) and delicious smoothies and juices. Plus there’s also a beautiful outdoor space.

It’s not all fast food from Just Eat you know! Caraway & Rye is a brand new food delivery service launching in Ashford on Thurs 8 Oct. Fancy a restaurant experience with the environment and the local economy in mind, without leaving the house?

Nicknamed ‘restaurant without walls’, available via Just Eat or direct from their own website, you can expect beautiful meals from an ever-changing menu heavily influenced by local producers, delivered straight to you.

Advance reservations are required, serving dinner from Wednesday through to Saturday from 6-9pm. Delivery is for the in the Ashford area and surrounding villages.

Choose from a succulent Stuffed Chicken Breast or a rib-eye Steak with their signature Dauphinoise Potatoes or Bourbon Glazed Root Vegetables followed by a mouth-watering Lemon & Prosecco Syllabub or autumnal Pumpkin Cheesecake – even add on a drink from their wine cellar, they have a great selection from Songbird Wines to accompany your meal!
