MUDDY’S PICK OF THE MONTH

Winners of Best Yoga/Pilates Studio in Kent – in fact they’ve only gone and done the hat trick and won 3 years in a row – Flow is well known for the brilliant yoga on offer. Think meditation is a bit woo-woo or hard to get your head around? This course is totally down-to-earth and straight forward – explaining the science behind this ancient practise and teaching you how to do it. Life changing.

Plus – it even made the news recently – the latest guidelines from the National Institute for Care and Excellence, (Nice) recommends Meditation as a mainstream first port of call for boosting mental health. Sign us up!
