Held on the banks of the River Medway, the Vicar’s Picnic is named so because of it’s original location on Vicarage Road as the festival started as a party in a back garden where a stage was built, a band was booked and family and friends were invited, whilst raising some money for local causes. Featuring Starsailor and Fun Lovin’ Criminals this is a family friendly local festival.

Each session will consist of a varied selection of Proseccos, and a plethora of delectable gin and prosecco based cocktails.

Fancy a change from summer fairs and barbeques? Head along to something more nautical which certainly doesn’t take itself too seriously! This year sees the return of the infamous Raft Race where competitors race their homemade and crazy rafts and floats (think soapbox racing but on water) up the marina all in aid of the wonderful Heart of Kent Hospice.
