Crimes Under The Sun, Hazlitt Theatre, Maidstone, 1 Mar

A secluded island hotel just off the English coast becomes a crime scene, as a scandal-inducing femme-fatale is felled. All the guests on the island are suspects, but are they alone and is this the first crime this idyllic island has witnessed? Award-winning theatre company New Old Friends present this comedy thriller. The show features four actors playing multiple outrageous characters, and a plot that romps along in the company’s trademark inventive style.

Tiddler and other terrific tales, The Orchard Theatre, 1 – 3 Mar

Under the sea, out on the farm and into the jungle, these terrific tales are woven together with live music, puppetry and a whole host of colourful characters from Julia Donaldson and Axel Scheffler’s best-loved titles: TiddlerMonkey PuzzleThe Smartest Giant in Town and A Squash and a Squeeze.  Funky moves, toe tapping tunes and giggles are guaranteed!

Judy’s Affordable Vintage Fair and the Vintage Furniture Flea are bringing their first EVER vintage fashion and furniture market to the Hall By The Sea, Dreamland on Saturday 10th March. You’ll find over 40 traders from around the country selling the finest vintage fashion from 1940s onwards PLUS a selection of fantastic vintage furniture and homewares – all under one roof… (£2 on the door, under 12s go free).


Bach’s Mass in B minor, Pamoja Hall, Sevenoaks School, Sat 10 Mar

Local chamber choir, Temenos, is celebrating their 30th anniversary with a performance of one Bach’s glorious Mass in B minor. They will be joined by superb baroque instrumentalists and professional soloists. A glorious evening of calm and culture.

BMCRC Club Bike Championships, Brands Hatch, 10 – 11 Mar

The British Motorcycle Racing Club is one of the best supported bike racing organisations in the country, usually attracting massive entries. Expect a packed timetable of races and the paddock will also be open to allow spectators to come in and sample the same atmosphere as the teams and riders as well as get a closer look at race machines in preparation.
