FLOWER POWER: Floral Workshops, Water Lane Walled Garden, Sat 25 Sep

New and exciting coming to Water Lane Walled Garden in Hawkhurst this September (til December) are a series of gorgeous floral styling workshops with Bloom & Burn! Learn how to style seasonal British flowers with flowers freshly cut from Water Lane’s cutting garden to make from Dried Flower Centrepieces, Halloween Table Centrepieces and Christmas Wreaths. Don’t miss their first one on Sat 25 Sep, learn how to make your own Hand-Tied Bouquet and take home a range of floristry tips and tricks to arrange your own flowers at home. Classes start from £70 including all tools, materials, refreshments and cake. You could even enjoy lunch at Water Lane’s restaurant after all that work! Book your spot now.

FITNESS: Flow Open Day, Tunbridge Wells, Sat 25 Sep

Winners of Best Yoga Studio in Kent (3 years in a row thanks to you!), Flow Tunbridge Wells is a true hidden gem, run in the back garden of husband and wife founders, Lucy (well established and much loved yoga teacher) and Ben (osteopathic genius). Explore all things Flow at their Open Day on Sat 25 Sep, 2-5pm. The Open Day will be full of demos and tasters from Hatha Yoga, Breathing for Wellbeing to ‘Ask the Osteopath’ where you can speak to Lucy B or Ben about any health or fitness related issue. Even experience a Mini Massage with Mel.
