Flow Tunbridge Wells, winner of Best Yoga Studio in Kent in the 2018 and 2019 Muddy Awards, will be by your side this lockdown with their much-loved online yoga classes. They are also running a donation based Online Meditation Drop-In Class every Monday evening at 6:30-7pm to raise funds for Nourish Community Foodbank who have seen a 75% increase in referrals since the outbreak of Covid. Book in the class for free or choose to donate £2, £5, £8 or £10. All donations will go straight to Nourish – they raised £61 in this week alone! Feel better by helping yourself and helping Nourish simultaneously!
Findurfit is run by Sarah Best the super approachable and friendly online fitness class instructor and personal trainer. Sarah promises to inspire you to make fitness part of your life and find a love of exercise whatever level you are.
If you’re after something different, we’d recommend trying Sarah’s brilliant new Virtual Barre Class! If it’s the long, lean look you’re after this class will provide the right mix of ballet inspired moves, gymnasticy core work and mobility.
It’s low impact but still full body – expect to lift, squeeze and pulse every muscle! You will improve your core strength, flexibility and muscle tone… Oh and find a few muscles you never knew you had!
Samsara, the beautiful Retreat and Yoga Studio in the heart of Kent, run by husband and wife team Lori and Dipu, is offering plenty of online courses to keep you stretched and sane.

We are big fans of these local Pilates classes run by the incredible Yusra at Core Belief. Choose from three Live Pilates classes each week (£10 a class) or sign up to their monthly membership plan (£29 a month) to access all classes and watch any back!
During these sessions, Yusra guides you seamlessly through her intricate myofascial release techniques using foam rollers, balls and general household objects to help you realign your skeleton and reduce pain and disfunction. Try this from the comfort of your own home! Specialists in back pain, neurological conditions and breast cancer rehabilitation, the team at Ismini Phillips Studios are back online. Join the November Stretch running on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays until 27 Nov at 8-8:30am, pay £36 for the set of classes. Or Unwind Thursday, the theme this month will be Awareness Through Movement® taking you through the exploration of movement helping you rebalance and reorganise your self.
