Flow is bringing yoga & meditation classes into your home with their brand new, (and rather hastily constructed), Flow at Home online service. You can go to their new webpage to view a series of short, 5 – 10 minute, FREE classes offering you breathing, meditation & movement classes to keep you calm at such a challenging time.
You can also sign up for one hour live yoga classes just like before, only your new classes will be delivered to your computer and the comfort of your own home. The first live online class is on Fri 27 March at 9:30 am, you’ll be be sent an email with the Zoom Link one hour before the class is due to start. Please be sure you have downloaded the Zoom App before the class starts and join at least 5 minutes before (just incase!)
Muddy loves personal trainer Sarah Best, who will inspire you to make fitness part of your life and find a love of exercise whatever level you are.
Keep active with her Live Instragrams (Mon, Wed & Fri, 8.30am) and she has a range of videos on her feed at the moment which you can try. These are a mixure of home workouts and some are designed with the older exerciser in mind – so grandparents that feel able can keep fit too.

Core Belief Pilates
We are big fans of these local Pilates classes run by the incredible Yusra at Core Belief. But in light of the current situation, she’s now delivering up to seventeen online Live and Interactive Group Classes each week!
Her online classes are open to groups and Private 1 or 2 to 1 sessions.
During these sessions, Yusra guides you seamlessly through her intricate myofascial release techniques using foam rollers, balls and general household objects to help you realign your skeleton and reduce pain and disfunction. She then builds strength in your weaker connections to stabilise and secure your spine and other joints.

Fitness Boutique SPN based in Tunbridge Wells may have temporarily shut the studio doors but their instructors have been busy building a workout series that will keep you fit and strong at home!
