<p>As the UK’s population continues to age, living trends for older people in the UK are evolving. At last, after being behind the curve on this for decades, we are witnessing a long-overdue shake-up of the UK retirement model which is introducing some US-style features.</p>

<p>Now in the UK, over recent years, the demand for these communities has increased, and retirement villages with stylish homes, communal spaces, wellbeing facilities and care options (should it be needed) have seen a boom.</p>

<p>Sounds good? What&#8217;s not to love! Yes, of course, this luxury living comes at a cost, but for many who have the funds and have worked hard over a lifetime the investment is worth it to really enjoy every moment of their later life.</p>
