If you’re navigating midlife or menopause and wondering what happened to the strong, capable version of you, you’re not alone. With 27 years’ experience across fitness, pilates and yoga, Carolyn is a women’s health specialist on a mission to make movement and wellbeing feel accessible, realistic and genuinely life-enhancing.
After leaving a career in secondary school teaching, she built a thriving local practice supporting women across Kent through midlife, menopause and beyond. As a midlife woman herself, Carolyn blends empathy with expertise, offering a genuinely whole-person approach that supports:

Fully qualified as a Personal Trainer, Carolyn holds specialist certifications in menopause health, pilates for menopause, back care, pelvic floor health at midlife and Reformer Pilates, alongside a degree in Food & Nutrition. Safe to say, you’re in experienced hands.

Reformer sessions are ideal if you are recovering from illness, injury or returning to exercise after a break. Each session is carefully programmed to rebuild strength, mobility and confidence at a pace that feels safe and achievable.
Sessions are held at The Manor Clinic in Sevenoaks or at Carolyns home garden studio, with additional classes at Chevening Church Hall, alongside flexible online options to fit around modern life.
PELVIC FLOOR RESTORE
Leaking when you cough? Tension you can’t quite identify? Avoiding jumping, running, even laughing freely? Pelvic Floor Restore is Carolyn’s focused six-week programme designed to help women ease leaks and tension, rebuild strength and reconnect with their bodies.
The programme combines:
- Targeted pelvic floor training
- Breath and pressure management
- Gentle whole-body strengthening
- Practical education you can use every day
Delivered in person at Chevening Church Hall or online via Zoom, it’s a supportive, judgement-free space designed to remove embarrassment, demystify pelvic health and provide lasting, practical results. The next programme starts mid April.
