WHO?

Whether you are looking for one-to-one personal training sessions, a sports specific programme or wanting to joining group classes, FindurFit can help you on your fitness journey, discover the best version of you and find the fun in fitness.

Sarah is a REPS registered qualified Personal Trainer, HIIT, Spin, Box, TRX and Barre Instructor + Fitness Instructor for Children and Crossfit Coach.

So definitely an all-rounder and just the person, as the name suggests, to help you FindurFit when it comes to exercise.

She was also a Finalist in the Muddy Awards 2019 just two years after launching, so go girl!

WHERE?

As a freelancer Sarah can currently be found at a number of fitness studios in the Tunbridge Wells area teaching a variety of group and one on one classes, from HIIT to Spin, Box to Crossfit – there will be something for you! Each training session whether it is in a group environment or one-to-one aims to keep you engaged, motivated and most importantly enjoying your workout.

Exercises are specifically designed to ensure they are challenging, make you sweat, achieve physical changes and get you long term results!

  • For Personal Training or Crossfit you’ll find Sarah at Risebridge Health & Sports Club.
  • For HIIT Training you’ll find Sarah at Horsmonden Village Hall.
  • For Spin you’ll find Sarah at luxury fitness destination SPN in Tunbridge Wells.
  • For TRX or Body Blast you’ll find Sarah at The Shed in Wadhurst.

For Personal Training sessions and small groups, initial evaluation and consultation takes place before you begin. This session is designed to identify goals, discover your aspirations and find out your exercise preferences.
