Tucked away on Lime Tree Walk in the centre of Sevenoaks, a once-forgotten historic warehouse has been given a vibrant new lease on life. After lying derelict for over 20 years, this beautiful, character-filled building has been thoughtfully restored and reimagined as Lime Tree Workshop, a unique coworking space designed to inspire productivity, creativity, and community.

With its soaring ceilings, abundant natural light, and architectural charm, Lime Tree Workshop is more than just an office, it’s a place where people come to think, connect, and do meaningful work. Whether you’re a freelancer in need of a hot desk, a small business looking for a dedicated space, or a team hosting a workshop or event, this flexible venue adapts to the way you want to work. MORE THAN JUST AN OFFICE

The vision behind Lime Tree Workshop comes from sisters Sandie and Cathy, each bringing something unique to the table. Sandie, with a background in meetings and events, and Cathy, an interior designer by trade, combined their talents to create a space that balances practicality with beauty. The result is an environment that feels professional yet personal, stylish yet functional.

The idea of working together had always been on the cards, and the pandemic offered the pause they needed to make it happen. It also changed the working world as we knew it, opening the door to new ways of working, and highlighting the need for local, flexible spaces where people could be productive without the isolation of working from home or the formality of a traditional office.

Lime Tree Workshop was born out of this shift: a local hub for independent professionals, remote teams, creatives, and entrepreneurs. It’s an office without the politics, a studio without the pressure, and a community without the commute. As they put it themselves: “Space to work. Room to think.”

HIRE A SPACE

Need to impress a client or host a team offsite? Lime Tree offers two thoughtfully designed meeting rooms and a private pod available by the hour, Monday to Friday from 8am to 6pm. Complimentary Nespresso coffee and Mr. Ames speciality teas are included with all bookings, and breakfast pastries can be arranged on request.

It’s not just for work – Lime Tree is also available for hire as a stylish event venue. With capacity for 40 seated or 70 standing, the ground floor event space is ideal for: corporate drinks receptions, presentations, supper clubs, creative workshops and even photoshoots. There’s always something exciting happening here!
