Millbrook Garden Centre in Gravesend is a family-run, independent garden centre. This is perfect spot to browse for garden and home inspiration, meet a friend for a coffee or lunch, plus we love the fantastic food hall full of delicious goodies from local suppliers.

THE LOCATION

Millbrook is only 10 minutes from the Bluewater shopping centre and located just minutes from the A2, right next door to the Pepper Hill Recycling Depot at Southfleet on the outskirts of Gravesend town centre. There is plenty of parking (and free delivery within 20 miles if you can’t fit all your purchases into your car!).

SHOP

The centre has everything you can imagine to create a beautiful garden and look after your plants. The friendly staff are approachable and willing to help and advise with all your gardening queries. We also love the giftware and home furnishings and accessories.

A real highlight of a visit to Millbrook in Gravesend has to be the brand new Food Hall and Butchers. Here you will find an amazing selection of over 300 food and drink products from 23 local producers all under one roof. The Millbrook Butchers has a fantastic offering of fresh meats and cheeses.

FOOD & DRINK

If you need a little break from all that shopping then we recommend the award-winning restaurant, The Mill. This has a new dog friendly area for our four legged friends. There is free Wi-Fi access, hot and cold drinks and treats as well as tasty breakfasts, lunches and afternoon teas (these can be pre-booked here). We love the breakfast baps, deli bar and outdoor area where you can eat and admire the plants.

EVENTS

There is a fantastic programme of events throughout the year from a Jubilee Afternoon tea (2nd to 5th June 2022) to a Herbal Wellbeing workshop (7th July). Rose enthusiasts will also enjoy the Rose Preview Evening (16^th June) and Rose Festival which takes place from the 17^th June to the end of July.
