Millbrook Garden Centre at Staplehurst (formerly Highgrove Garden Centre) is a Muddy favourite. There is so much on offer here. Whether you are after a glow up for your garden, planting advice, a trip with the family or an afternoon tea and a mooch. There really is something for everyone.

THE LOCATION

Conveniently located near Marden, on the A229 just outside Staplehurst with free parking. Millbrook Garden Centre has all you need to look after your garden. You will also find great giftware, home furnishings and clothing as well as garden furniture and BBQs. There is also a free delivery service for customers living within 20 miles (and we challenge you to leave here empty handed!).

GARDEN

The staff at at Millbrook are knowledgable and helpful. It can sometimes be daunting to know where to start with a garden, but they are happy to advise on any aspect of your green fingered journey! There is a fantastic selection of plants, tools and landscaping materials. We love the pot planting service. Provide your own pot for the team to plant up for you (whilst you have a well deserved coffee!). Who said gardening is hard work?

FOOD & DRINK

The award-winning Greencafé is well worth a visit, with a large decked outdoor seating area for sunny days. Hot and cold drinks are on offer as well as breakfasts, lunches and afternoon tea (this can be booked on the website). There are delicious cakes, a great cooked breakfast menu and a kids menu.

EVENTS

We love the themed afternoon teas at Millbrook. Look out for the Jubilee Afternoon Tea, running from Thursday 2^nd to Sunday 5^th June 2022. A regal affair with favourites including Coronation Chicken and cucumber sandwiches and fabulous cakes including Victoria Sponge. Adults £25 per person. Children £12.50. Rose fans should also ensure they don’t miss the fabulous Rose Preview Evening on 16^th June bookable online. Enjoy the first pick of the gorgeous selection of roses, plus a shopping evening and live music. Plus the Rose Festival which takes place from the 17^th June to the end of July.

With so much more on offer than a traditional garden centre, we are big fans of Millbrook in Staplehurst.
