THE LOWDOWN

Rankin Farms has been owned by the Sunnucks family since 1963 after being a working farm for many years it now provides glamping accommodation within a 15-acre glamping village.

In the midst of peaceful landscape views and surrounded completely by natural wildlife, you’ll find six self-contained glamping pods that are fully equipped with an en-suite bathroom, fitted kitchen and underfloor heating to ensure maximum comfort during your stay. So whether you’re planning a weekend getaway or a fortnight’s holiday with the family, you’ll find a wonderful experience waiting for you here.

THE LOCATION

Thanks to its close location to Maidstone, Rankins Farm is within easy reach of many of the county’s best attractions. You’ll find plenty to explore, from imposing castles and their gardens, to the museums and nature reserves that showcase the best of Kentish life and the beautiful countryside.

When it comes to food and drink, there’s a wide range of pubs and restaurants nearby for you to visit. Whether you want a relaxed atmosphere and a chance to sample local beers or ciders, or something a little more special to celebrate an occasion, there’s a dining experience to suit close to the farm.

THE PODS

The self-contained glamping pods are surprisingly spacious which sleep 2 adults and 2 children under 15 on a double bed and a double sofa bed. Kitted out with an en-suite bathroom, underfloor heating and a fitted kitchen which includes a fridge with a mini freezer compartment, electric hob and a microwave.

Outside every pod you’ll find your own seating area with a personal steel fire pit / barbecue overlooking the breathtaking scenery. There’s also a wooden gazebo for communal use of THE BEAST their wood-fired pizza oven plus there’s a small adventure playground and plenty of space to run wild!

Check in days are Monday, Wednesday and Fridays with a minimum of 2 night stays. 2024 prices: mid-week price £120 per pod per night and weekend price is £150 per night per pod.
