The owners have lovingly restored and renovated this historic farm site which can now accommodate 22 people in understated luxury. Roseyard consists of 3 separate buildings – The Brick Barn, The Cartlodge and The Stable.

All are within metres of each other and have their own unique style. In total there are 11 bedrooms (9 ensuite, 1 family bathroom), 2 kitchens and multiple living spaces for gathering together during your stay – with no less than four TV areas, two inside dining areas (one which can seat all 22 guests), snugs, a playroom and more. There’s also beautiful gardens, outside dining and an incredible pool house and gym. SEE & DO

With plentiful gardens there is so much to do at Roseyard, without ever having to leave. A fun play area for children of all ages, a walled garden with pergola and outside dining for 22. Many beautiful roses and lovely lawns for a casual game of badminton or try your hand at a swingball competition!

There is a 9 metre indoor spa pool two lovely sitting areas and a terrace for those sunny days. Kids of all ages will love splashing around whilst surrounded by views of the beautiful gardens.

Also housing a small gym and two bathrooms / changing rooms. Access is only gained by keycode so adults can ensure children cannot enter without supervision.
