SpinLab brings boutique indoor cycling studio to Macknade, offering a high-energy, results-driven fitness experience in the heart of Faversham. Run independently by the SpinLab team, the studio is designed to feel focused yet welcoming, combining immersive lighting and sound with performance-led technology to help riders get the most out of every session.

Whether the goal is improving fitness, tracking measurable progress or simply enjoying a motivating workout, SpinLab is built around delivering a structured but enjoyable training environment. The studio stands out for its use of Myzone heart rate technology, allowing riders to monitor effort in real time on screen or via an app, alongside Technogym Group Cycle Connect bikes which provide instant feedback on power, cadence and distance. With smaller class sizes and expert instructors, the experience is designed to feel more like a boutique fitness offering than a traditional gym class.

THE CLASSES

SpinLab has a varied timetable of seven different class formats, designed to suit different goals, fitness levels and time constraints.

Expect everything from: data-driven endurance rides (guided by real-time metrics and heart rate zones), high-intensity power sessions (fast, challenging rides designed to push performance),  30-minute express classes (efficient, high-impact workouts for busy schedules), rhythm rides (music-led sessions built around energy and flow) and all-level rides (inclusive classes where you can set your own pace while still being challenged).

Each session uses immersive sound and lighting to create a fully engaging studio atmosphere, turning every class into an experience rather than just a workout.
