THE LOWDOWN

From a childhood in Botswana, creative chef sisters Lesley and Nicole began a global adventure cooking around the world. With prestigious clients such as Madonna and Richard Branson, this duo certainly know a thing or two about throwing a party. After settling in Kent, the sisters launched The Curious Eatery, a space to share their creativity and love of feasting. After the pandemic the Curious Eatery became a multi purpose event space renowned for supper clubs and smaller celebrations. In 2021 Lesley and Nicole launched an events company The Curious combining their loves of delicious food and creating beautiful bespoke events.

Whether you have a definite vision or need inspiration, these guys are experts at event curation. They will guide you every step of the way and ensure your celebration is truly magical.

FOOD AND FEASTING

The Curious team will pull together a specially designed menu for your event. With a focus on sustainability, the menus are inspiring, delicious and beautifully presented. Mouthwatering canapés include a crayfish brioche roll, chilli and lime fishcakes, polenta bread with cannellini beans and marjoram mousse or pressed watermelon and proscuitto. Examples of main dishes include nettle and potato gnocchi, maple roasted pumpkin, sage butter and toasted walnuts or kimchi glazed chicken supreme, squid ink arancini and agave glazed carrots.
