What we have here is Plot No.7 &#8211; a stunning two-bedroom ground floor apartment which forms part of the new Quinton Court development. Here&#8217;s the view from the front (above).

Quinton Court sits on London Road, in central Sevenoaks. Here you’re less than half an hour from London, but you’ve also got gorgeous&nbsp;Knole Park&nbsp;with its wild deer herd right in the town itself.

But how much? Well here’s more clues&#8230; If you don’t know Sevenoaks, it’s one of those real gems – boasting a thriving, well-established high street, restaurants and cafés aplenty, a weekly farmers market and there&#8217;s even a theatre. You&#8217;ve got exceptional schools on the doorstep too.



Quinton Court is a mere 6 minutes walk to Sevenoaks train station. And that itself is a commuter’s dream, with services to London Charing Cross (via London Bridge and Waterloo East) in as little as 22 minutes.&nbsp;
