With a passion for travel and as two women who know this market inside out, they have rapidly built up a selection of gorgeous, luxury properties all right here in Kent – whether you want a romantic break à deux or a weekend away with the girls. <p>Rowena says: &#8216;We both previously worked together for another local travel business (the former, rather lovely, Mulberry Cottages &#8211; sadly now swallowed into a larger company). Whilst there, we fully grasped the importance of supporting both owners and holiday makers alike.&#8217;</p>

But, as Nicky adds: &#8216;It’s surprising how often guests get herded through call centres whilst owners and properties are &#8220;managed&#8221; rather than cared for. Good old-fashioned service is no longer readily out there&#8230; Well not on our watch! We are here with the personal, local touch, plugging the gap that’s been lost elsewhere.&#8217;</p>



<p>So what&#8217;s the ethos of&nbsp;Bloom&nbsp;Stays? &#8216;We visit each house personally,&#8217; says Rowena. &#8216;Any house we pick passes the test of being gorgeous, unique, and of an all-round quality standard.&#8217;</p>
