<p>Oh I say! <a href="https://www.chefstablekent.co.uk" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">The Chef&#8217;s Table</a> in West Malling receives Ronan Keating&#8217;s stamp of approval. If you&#8217;re an avid Muddy reader this restaurant would&#8217;ve already been on your radar. But if not, let us remind you&#8230; The elegant fine dining restaurant opened in July of last year, where the food is sustainable, sourced and foraged from Kent’s best farmers and food producers. Expect an intimate dining, &#8220;Chef&#8217;s Table&#8221; feel with an open kitchen and beautifully innovative dishes. Led by Head Chef, Brad Redding.</p>

<p>The latest from Oscar-winning director Sam Mendes starring Olivia Colman and Colin Firth which was filmed in our very own Margate, putting it firmly back on the map and making us want to re-visit the seaside town all the more. Haven&#8217;t heard? Olivia Colman, Colin Firth and Micheal Ward are starring in a new film, <em>Empire of Light</em> which is a love letter to cinema and community. Colman plays Hilary, a cinema manager struggling with the banalities of the day-to-day until she meets Stephen (Ward). The pair form an unlikely bond through their shared pain and a love of music and movies.&nbsp;Go see at your favourite art-house cinema like our fave <a href="https://www.trinitytheatre.net/events/empire-of-light" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">Trinity Theatre</a> in Tunbridge Wells.</p>

<p>This <a href="https://canterburyriverside.co.uk" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">Riverside</a> development is Canterbury is now open and slowly taking shape. The £115 million leisure complex is already home to the five-screen Curzon cinema and will be opening 8 cafés, bars and restaurants like The Korean Cowgirl, BrewDog, Sekkoya and Boom Battle Bar.</p>



<p>Plus keep eye out for cool stuff happening at hidden gem and absolutely gorgeous rural retreat <a href="https://www.thequaives.com" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">The Quaives</a> in Wickhambreaux. We hear they&#8217;ve added <a href="https://www.facebook.com/barrebytara/" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">Body &amp; Barre with Tara</a> to their weekly studio timetable which is a unique fusion of ballet, yoga and pilates designed to give you longer, leaner muscles whilst increasing your heart rate and firing up your metabolism. Beginners and first timers are welcome, count us in!</p>
